What's included in my StoneAlgo Pro subscription?

StoneAlgo Pro gives you unlimited access to diamond checks (for diamonds both on and off our marketplace), and unlimited access to our new diamond comparison feature. You can analyze any diamond's true value, compare multiple diamonds side by side, and access expert insights to make an informed purchase decision.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. For one-month passes, the access expires after 30 days regardless of cancellation.

How does the diamond comparison feature work?

Our comparison tool lets you analyze up to 4 diamonds side by side. You can compare all specifications, prices, and get detailed insights about each diamond's quality and value. The tool helps you understand the key differences between diamonds and make the best choice for your budget.

What happens after my free diamond checks are used?

After using your 3 free diamond checks, you'll need to upgrade to a Pro subscription to continue accessing detailed diamond analysis for diamonds not on our marketplace. You can choose between a one-month pass, monthly subscription, or annual subscription based on your needs.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can view your subscription status any time in your Vault. You can also manage the subscription (e.g. cancel, renew) from the Vault using the "Manage Subscription" button.

Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?

While we don't typically offer refunds for subscription time already used, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you have any issues with our service, please contact our support team, and we'll work with you to resolve any concerns.
